Emergency Aid: Distribution of Food, Water, Clothing and Supplies

During times of emergency from hurricanes or other disasters, Bless the Children distributes aid to those in danger throughout the north of Honduras.  By coordinating and partnering with both civic and non-governmental organizations our efforts reach many in need.

Our history of providing relief in Honduras is long and successful.  During support efforts following Hurricane Mitch Bless the Children shipped and distributed 16 forty-foot sea containers of aid.  Our work began before Mitch and has continued long after.  As well, our on-the-ground year-round programs work to rescue children from the slower, quieter disaster - poverty.
